Steve Lawrence has been working as a photojournalist for the past 15 years. A Technikon Graduate with a 3 year National Diploma in Photography Steve has both the technical knowledge and artistic skill to produce work of a very high standard working with 35mm negative and the latest digital cameras.
“I offer a photojournalist documentary style approach to my wedding photography, a skill which has been honed by years of experience as a photojournalist.” A Senior photojournalist with one of Africa’s leading publications, Steve has covered events across the continent, from civil wars in the Congo to The dwindling mountain Gorilla population in the virungas of Rwanda. A passionate photographer, Steve has over the past 15 years developed a love for wedding photography which is evident in his wedding gallery. An Award winning photographer in the Fuji Photographic awards as well as receiving a finalist award for Mondi Shanduka Newspaper awards in 2004, Steve brings a wealth of expertise on board.
