 Blaauwpoort Venue & Lodge is situated on a privately owned Game Farm that is set in the lush greenery and unspoiled natural beauty of the bushveld overlooking the majestic Magaliesberg. In a safe and private environment, 45km from Pretoria and 100km from Johannesburg, Blaauwpoort is the ideal breakaway and has the perfect setting for a wedding, conference, birthday, corporate function or anniversary.

The unique thatch roof venue consists of a main hall, a small private hall and an oversized balcony overlooking a magnificent valley. The venue boasts an ambience of tranquillity in its country surroundings and will accommodate for a variety of tastes. A Beautiful outdoor wedding chapel next to 8-meter high age old Allows is part of this unique setting and our indoor chapel compliments the bushveld surroundings.

Nonchalant Weddings was created to assist future brides with all their wedding planning, stress free.  Due to the increase in todays economy and the ridiculous high cost of almost everything, we wanted to offer an all inclusive affordable wedding package to up and coming brides.  Our packages are unique and each one put together for a specific bride and none of our packages are the same.

We specialise in assisting you in co-ordinating your wedding, we plan and put together your entire wedding for you, from your dress and bridal party attire, to your flowers, photographs, venue, catering, invitations, and more. We make all your appointments for you, attend them with you and take care of every small detail so that you dont have to stress about anything.  All you have to do is present us with your ideas, wants, likes and disslikes and we take care of everything for you.

We have even gone so fas as to include your hair and make-up arrangments with our partner, Blanc et Noir Salon in Parkhurst.   They have put together a package for you, which we have included, consisting of your trials and on the day preparations.  So you need not worry about a thing.

Our packages include our services and you only pay once……. for everything.

We are very different to any other co-ordinating business, as our packages offer the whole “shebang” with no hidden or extra costs.  Our services are on a personal basis and we treat each client as our first and as if they were kings.  No ‘sweaty betty” style operations.  We only offer the most professional individual service one can find.
